Mr. Kokas, age 40, has been our Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since October 2006 and our Chief Human Resources Officer since November 2007. Mr. Kokas joined us from Ropes & Gray LLP, where he was a partner in their Corporate Department, focusing on general corporate, securities and business law matters.
