Gregory D. Smith, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer since February 2012. Mr. Smith previously served as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller from February 2010 to February 2012 and Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis from June 2008 to February 2010. From August 2004 until June 2008, he served as Vice President of Global Investor Relations at Raytheon Company. Prior to that, he held a number of positions at Boeing including CFO, Shared Services Group; Controller, Shared Services Group; Senior Director, Internal Audit; and leadership roles in supply chain, factory operations and program management. Mr. Smith serves on the board of Boeing Capital Corporation.
