    Who is Joseph A LaSala’s current employer?

    Buckeye Partners, L.P., was organized in 1986 under the laws of the state of Delaware. The Company owns and operates refined petroleum products pipeline systems in the United States in terms of volumes delivered, with approximately 6,000 miles of pipeline and over 100 active products terminals that provide aggregate storage capacity of approximately 70 million barrels. It also operate and maintain third-party pipelines under agreements with major oil and gas, petrochemical and chemical companies, and perform certain engineering and construction management services for third parties. It owns and operates a natural gas storage facility in northern California, and is a wholesale distributor of refined petroleum products in the United States in areas also served by its pipelines and terminals. The Company's business segments, which include Pipelines & Terminals, International Operations, Natural Gas Storage, Energy Services and Development & Logistics. The Pipelines & Terminals segment owns and operates approximately 6,000 miles of pipeline located primarily in the northeastern and upper midwestern portions of the United States and services approximately 110 delivery locations. This segment transports refined petroleum products, including gasoline, jet fuel, diesel fuel, heating oil and kerosene, from major supply sources to terminals and airports located within end-use markets. The segment also includes approximately 100 active terminals that provide bulk storage and throughput services with respect to refined petroleum products and renewable fuels, including ethanol, and have an aggregate storage capacity of approximately 40.0 million barrels. The international operations segment provides marine terminal throughput services, marine bulk storage and other related services through two petroleum product terminals located on Grand Bahama Island, in The Bahamas and in Puerto Rico. The BORCO terminal facility and the Yabucoa terminal facility represent its entry into international marine terminal operations. In natural gas storage segment the company's operating subsidiary Buckeye Gas Storage LLC, through its subsidiary Lodi Gas Storage, L.L.C. owns a natural gas facility in Northern California. The natural gas facility currently has approximately 30 Bcf of working natural gas storage and is connected to Pacific Gas and Electric's ("PG&E") intrastate gas pipeline system that services natural gas demand in the San Francisco and Sacramento, California areas. The Energy Services segment is a wholesale distributor of refined petroleum products in the United States in areas also served by its pipelines and terminals. The Energy Services segment markets gasoline, propane, ethanol, biodiesel and petroleum distillates such as heating oil, diesel fuel and kerosene. The Energy Services segment owns five terminals with aggregate storage capacity of approximately 1.0 million barrels. The Development & Logistics segment operates and maintains asset development and construction services to third-party pipelines and energy assets across United States. It maintains third -party pipelines under agreements with major oil and gas, petrochemical and chemical companies, which are primarily located in Texas and Louisiana, and perform engineering and construction management services for third parties. The Company is subject to extensive laws and regulations as well as regulatory oversight by numerous federal, state and local departments and agencies, many of which are authorized by statute to issue rules and regulations binding on the pipeline industry, related businesses and individual participants.
