Keith O. Cowan. Mr. Cowan has served as a director of Clearwire Corporation since November 2008. He has served as President - Strategic Planning and Corporate Initiatives of Sprint since July 2007. Those positions included: Chief Field Operations Officer (2006); President, Marketing and Product Management (2005); President, Interconnection Services (2004); Chief Planning and Development Officer (2001-2003); and Vice President, Corporate Development (1996-2000). Before joining BellSouth Corporation, Mr. Cowan was a partner at the law firm of Alston & Bird in Atlanta. On September 28, 2010, Keith O. Cowan informed Clearwire Corporation of his decision to resign from their positions on the Company's Board of Directors, effective immediately.
