Edward Kozel

Mr. Kozel has been a member of the Board of Directors since November 1996. He has been the managing member of Open Ventures since January 2000. He joined the Company as Director, Program Management in March 1989. In April 1992, he became Director of Field Operations and in February 1993, he became Vice President of Business Development. From January 1996 to April 1998 he was Senior Vice President and Chief Technical Officer. From April 1998 to January 2000, Mr. Kozel was the Senior Vice President, Corporate Development of the Company. Mr. Kozel is currently on an extended leave of absence as an employee of the Company.
