Who We Are:
What is PassFail?
PassFail is building the largest social network in the world focused on Financial Investing. It is building this New Investment Community for investors, investment advisors, companies and others interested in investing and those involved in the investment community.
PassFail is built around an index we call Social Confidence. Companies, investment advisors as well as investors will each have a Social Confidence index rating. This index is built from many information sources reflecting social sentiment, expert opinion and the quality and quantity of interest in particular companies, advisors and investors.
We source our content from world-class financial and news publishers as well as official regulatory and exchange generated information.
We are creating unique PassFail web pages for tens of thousands of public and private companies and hundreds of thousands of financial advisors on our site. The purpose of these web pages is so that these companies and financial advisors can actively represent themselves as fully and accurately as possible to their many publics, as well as manage their individual brands through PassFail.
Who can use PassFail?
Public and Private Companies: Tens of thousands of companies can each manage their public images and brands and get their 'story' out to their many publics, including existing and new investors, their employees, vendors, financial professionals, their customers, the media and the general public.
Investment Advisors: The entire spectrum of hundreds of thousands of investment advisors can each use PassFail to get their key messages--the services and products that they offer and what differentiates them from the competition--out to the public.
Investors: Millions of investors who are looking for the most comprehensive and timely understanding of companies in which they can invest and investment advisors who can help them be successful.
The General Public: Anyone in the general public who is fascinated by receiving the most compelling and up-to-the-minute information and opinions related to financial investment.

Why do I need to sign up?
By signing up, you gain access to freely roam PASSFAIL and browse news from a variety of sources, filtered by positive and negative feedback. You also are able to manage your account details and connections through PASSFAIL’s easy to use management system.
Why do I need to use a social network to create an account?
It’s all about transparency. By linking with social networks, PASSFAIL has a better chance of verifying accounts, which makes for a more meaningful platform.

I can't remember my Facebook/Linkedin login information. How do I login?
PASSFAIL does not store your social network passwords. Please go to Facebook.com or Linkedin.com and use the link "Forgot Password/Email."
Does it cost money to create an account?
No! It’s completely free! By creating an account with PASSFAIL, you gain access to hundreds of reports from trusted sources, allowing you to compare companies side-by-side and to connect with hundreds of financial advisors and professionals to begin investing with Social Confidence™.

What is the minimum age requirement to be on PASSFAIL?
In order to create an account on PASSFAIL, you must sign up with Facebook. Facebook’s minimum age requirement is 13 years old.

How do I find my friends?
Through your Account Management screen (Account button top right of every page)--on the left side of the page is a tab for "Invite Your Friends". From this screen, quickly send an email to your friend and share PASSFAIL.
Also, you can utilize PassFail’s powerful search bar located at the top of every page.
What does it meant to "Follow" someone or a company?
When you follow a company and/or an individual, their news and announcements are populated in your news feed on your profile page. Your friends and others who view your profile can also see who you are following. On the Leaderboard page, total followers are counted for every company, financial advisor, and professional to allow comparisons.
How do I know who is following me?
Through your Account Management screen (Account button top right of every page)--on the left side of the page is a tab for "Followers". Sort by "Everyone Following Me," "People Following Me," or "Companies Following Me" from the dropdown menus and click "Apply."

Who sees my comments and updates?
Anyone who has signed up on PASSFAIL can see your comments and updates.
How do I update my profile information?
Through your Account Management screen (Account button top right of every page)--on the left side of the page is a tab for "Edit Details". From this screen, you are able to update your occupation title, current location, description and photo. Also, add more details about yourself by defining your status and listing your favorite Markets.
How do I change my profile picture
Through your Account Management screen (Account button top right of every page)--on the left side of the page is a tab for "Edit Details". Below your current picture is a link for "Edit Photo." Click this link to be prompted to change your photo.
Why can't I change my display name?
PASSFAIL is built on transparency. By changing your name, you are changing your original identity.
What does "Like" mean?
By clicking "Like," you are connecting with Facebook and the "like" will be reflected on your Facebook as well as your PASSFAIL profile.
How do I control my Core Connections?
Through your Account Management screen (Account button top right of every page)--on the left side of the page is a tab for "Core Connections". From this screen, you are able to easily manage your core connection or the individuals and companies that influence you most.
Who are my Movers and Shakers?
Movers and Shakers are your biggest fans. These individuals and companies are posting, commenting and sharing your information more than your other followers.
What does Social Stat mean?
PASSFAIL transcribes all news feed, videos, and podcasts to determine positive and negative feedback. A score of poor, fair, or great is given to each post to give users a better idea at a glimpse.
Where does the News come from? Can I add more sources?
PASSFAIL news is brought to you by many feeds, such as Google, Barrons, Business Insider and more. You can choose a source, but we currently do not have the capability to add a new source. (Coming soon though!) Visit our Sources page to see a complete list.
How do I increase my Social Confidence?
Social Confidence™ is measured through many different mediums, including commenting, sharing, liking, posting, reading, and interacting throughout the website. PASSFAIL has a powerful algorithm to determine positive and negative feedback that affects people’s perception of a company’s or professional’s status.
How do I use the Leaderboard?
Leaderboard is a collection of data which is easily sortable by many areas. Quickly discover the top companies in Stock Price, Market Cap, Gains & Losses or by Social Confidence scores or status. Utilize the drop-down menus to toggle between reports.
