Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc., a financial holding company, is the parent of Texas Capital Bank, National Association, a Texas-based bank in Dallas, with banking offices in Dallas, Houston, Fort Worth, Austin and San Antonio, the state's five largest metropolitan areas. All of the Company's business activities are conducted through its bank subsidiary. Its market focus is commercial businesses and high net worth individuals, and it offers a variety of banking products and services to its customers. The Company has focused on organic growth, maintenance of credit quality and bankers with strong personal and professional relationships in their communities. The Bank offers a variety of loan, deposit account and other financial products and services to its customers. It offers a full range of products and services oriented to the needs of its business customers, including: commercial loans for general corporate purposes including financing for working capital, internal growth, acquisitions and financing for business insurance premiums; real estate term and construction loans; equipment leasing; cash management services; trust and escrow services; and letters of credit. It also provides complete banking services for its individual customers, including: personal trust and wealth management services; certificates of deposit; interest bearing and non-interest bearing checking accounts with optional features such as Visa® debit/ATM cards and overdraft protection; traditional money market and savings accounts; consumer loans, both secured and unsecured; branded Visa® credit card accounts, including gold-status accounts; and internet banking. The Bank targets its lending to middle market businesses and high net worth individuals that meet its credit standards. It offers a variety of deposit products to its core customers at interest rates that are competitive with other banks. Its trust services include investment management, personal trust and estate services, custodial services, retirement accounts and related services.
