Geoffrey M Leppinus, Non-executive Director since February 2005, Mr Leppinus was, until July 2002, a Senior Audit and Advisory partner of KPMG with over 30 years experience in professional accounting and auditing. At KPMG he was responsible for the audit of a number of large public companies and the Australian subsidiaries of U.S. listed public corporations. Mr Leppinus has experience in the assessment of systems of internal control over financial reporting and the financial reporting requirements applicable to listed public companies. He has also had a wide range of experience in conducting due diligence for business acquisitions. Mr Leppinus has served as a member of the Australian Auditing Standards Board and member of the State Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. Mr GM Leppinus - retired 29 October, 2010.
