He has extensive experience in M&A transactions, corporate governance, public disclosure, governmental affairs, environmental law and land management. Mr. Quinn has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Denver, a juris doctorate degree from the University of Denver College of Law and has completed two years of graduate work in mineral economics at the Colorado School of Mines.

It produces precious metals The Company's principal properties are the Lac des Iles property (including the Lac des Iles mine and mill complex) The Company also owns the Vezza gold mine and Sleeping Giant mill located north of Val D'or, Quebec. As a precious metal, there is also investment demand for palladium in dore bar format by exchange traded funds and institutional investors. The Company owns and operates the Lac des Iles mine located 85 kilometers northwest of Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. The primary deposits on the LDI Property are the Roby Zone and the Offset Zone; both disseminated magmatic nickel-copper-PGM deposits. The mining industry is intensely competitive. The Company might be at a competitive disadvantage in acquiring additional mining properties because it must compete with other individuals and companies, many of which have greater financial resources, operational experience and technical capabilities than the Company. The Company's operations are subject to environmental legislation.
