Edward Balderston, Jr. was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer in June 2004. On July 20, 2011, Edward Balderston, Jr., Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Susquehanna Bancshares, Inc., announced that he will retire effective December 31, 2011.
